Tracy Zinsou Photography (“we” “us” “our” in this privacy notice) is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information from which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy statement and any requirements laid down by law, including in the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998, The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations (PECR) 2003 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. We may collect the following information when you contact us via this website or email, and when you complete our photo shoot booking form and questionnaire.

- Contact information including your email address, postal address and telephone number
- Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
- The names of other members in your family/party who are to be included in the shoot
- Ages of any children to be included in the shoot
- Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers provided by us
It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.
What we do with the information we gather
We collect this data to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

How we store information
Tracy Zinsou Photography is based in the United Kingdom and we use various third-party service providers who may store data within the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, and/or the United States.
- Client data, including session details and client galleries, is stored and processed by Pixieset. Pixieset is a Canadian company that may store data in Canada or other countries including the United States. - Our marketing email service provider, MailerLite, stores data in the European Union and is certified for ISO/IEC 27001:2022. MailerLite also adheres to the latest E.U.-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Swiss-U.S. DPF, including the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. - We use Pixieset for client contact submissions through our website and Gmail for all other inbound and outbound electronic mail. For more information about how Google processes data, please see the Google Privacy Policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- We also have social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram. If you communicate with us via social media, the messages will be stored by those sites. You can find Meta’s Privacy Policy here: https://privacycenter.instagram.com/ or https://www.facebook.com/privacy/center/.
- If you order print products from us, we send photographs from your session as .jpg digital files to third-party print suppliers to fulfill the order. These suppliers may include Rosemood, Saal Digital or Folio Albums. You can explore applicable privacy policies on their respective websites.
We will only use and store information for so long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. How long information will be stored depends on the information in question and what it is being used for. For example, if you ask us not to send you marketing emails, we will stop storing your emails for marketing purposes (though we will keep a record of your preference not to be emailed).
We continually review what information we hold and delete what is no longer required. We do not store payment card information.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
How we use cookies on our website
