• Client data, including session details and client galleries, is stored and processed by Pixieset. Pixieset is a Canadian company that may store data in Canada or other countries including the United States. • Our marketing email service provider, MailerLite, stores data in the European Union and is certified for ISO/IEC 27001:2022. MailerLite also adheres to the latest E.U.-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Swiss-U.S. DPF, including the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. • If you order print products from us, we send photographs from your session as .jpg digital files to third-party print suppliers to fulfill the order. These suppliers may include Rosemood, Saal Digital or Folio Albums. You can explore applicable privacy policies on their respective websites.

We will only use and store information for so long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. How long information will be stored depends on the information in question and what it is being used for. For example, if you ask us not to send you marketing emails, we will stop storing your emails for marketing purposes (though we will keep a record of your preference not to be emailed).

We continually review what information we hold and delete what is no longer required. We do not store payment card information.
