Yes! I primarily provide photography services within London, though I'm happy to travel further afield. If your desired location is more than 10 miles from N6, a travel fee may apply. Just send me your postcode, and I'll confirm if you're within my standard service area or provide a travel quote if not.

Wear whatever feels comfortable and authentic to your family’s style. I'll provide a style guide in advance of our session to help with planning if you're into that, but coordinated outfits and dressing up are absolutely not required if that's not your thing. What matters most is that you feel like yourselves—that’s what truly makes the photos special. If you’d like some more guidance, I’m always happy to chat and help you decide what to wear. Just let me know what you're thinking!

We can meet at a beautiful outdoor spot of your choice—like a park, playground, or city location—or I can come to your home. Wherever your family feels most comfortable!

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required when you book. Once your booking is confirmed, I reserve that slot just for you, which means I can’t offer it to other families. The deposit also covers our pre-session consultations and the time I spend preparing for your shoot. The deposit amount is fully applied to your final balance and ensures a smooth, dedicated experience from the start.

Payment for the balance of your chosen package and any optional add-ons is due after your shoot. I’ll send you an invoice following your session, and payment is due upon receipt before I deliver your final gallery.

You’ll receive a carefully curated set of the very best images from our session. The number of images will vary based on the length of our session and package you select. Typically, this is around 50 images for a one hour session. I focus on quality over quantity to make sure every photo is something you’ll love.

Standard sessions have a turnaround time of about one week. I want to get your beautiful memories back to you as quickly as possible!

Your photos will be delivered through a private, password-protected online gallery. It’s easy to view, download, and share with family and friends.

I professionally edit every photo I deliver to enhance colours, light, and overall mood. I may gently retouch small, temporary things (like a blemish or a stray hair) if I feel it helps the image, but I always keep things natural and true to you. I don’t do heavy or overly polished retouching. My goal is to reflect your family just as you are.

Absolutely! Pets are part of the family too. Just let me know ahead of time so I can be ready to capture those furry (or scaly!) family members.

No worries at all! I follow your children's lead and keep things fun and relaxed. Sometimes the best photos come from the unexpected moments.

If it’s just a light drizzle and you’re up for some fun umbrella shots and puddle jumping, we can totally embrace it! Otherwise, we can reschedule or choose a cozy indoor spot—whatever feels best for your family.

Life happens, I completely understand. If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible. You’re welcome to reschedule your session up to two times within 3 months of your original session date. After that, a new £50 deposit will be required to rebook.

If you need to cancel entirely, please note that the £50 deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your time slot and covers the prep I do ahead of your session. I'm always happy to work with you to find a new date if needed.
